• By using Auriksha Growth, you confirm that you are authorized to manage the Google Ads and Google Search Console accounts linked to the Service.
• You acknowledge that your access is subject to Google's terms, including the Google Terms of Service and Google Ads Terms.

4. User Automation & Operational Risk

• Automation Control: Auriksha Growth provides automated rules and API scripts to manage SEO configurations and Google Ads budgets. You are solely responsible for setting, reviewing, and approving budget limits, bid caps, and campaign settings.
• No Expense Guarantee: Auriksha Growth is not liable for third-party ad spend incurred on Google Ads or search ranking fluctuations caused by user-configured automation rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, interfaces, and content provided by Auriksha Growth belong to Auriksha Growth. Google, Google Ads, and Google Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Auriksha Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost search traffic, ad spend, or data unavailability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your access to the Service immediately upon violation of these Terms or third-party API policies.
